I have eaten them, they are tasty. IMO, not as good as Swordfish but they are tasty. In Hawaii, blues are considered a delicacy and are common on a menu. Years ago in OBX, after the tournaments, many of the restaurants and deli's would serve it.

I forget the laws, but I think it is illegal to sell Marlin if it is from the continental US. So if you see it on a menu, it is imported or it is being sold illegally.
