[Bounty Hunter]

Paul ran another Open Boat Fluke trip today. On board we had Eddie, Frank, Chris, Mike & Mark. We had an early start and Paul headed up to the rough bottom. We were optimistic after landing 2 nice Fluke on our first few drifts. The optimism did not last long as we lost our drift along with the good fishing. We spent the next few hours power drifting but only caught short Fluke along with an occasional Seabass. With the afternoon tide change we finally got some current along with a good drift and the bite improved. The crew salvaged the day by adding another 5 Fluke to the catch along with a boat limit of large Seabass plus 5 Ling. We always have a good time when this crew is on board. We are looking forward to their return in the Fall.
