Even in bad conditions, fish can be caught in the bays and rivers.
Yes, you may register up to mid-night the night before the tournamnet. However, you might want to register by 7/20 though to have a shot at our 25K prize. Only our early entrants are eligible for that prize. To win it the fluke must also be over 12 lbs and be the largest one caught in the tournament
We also beefed up our tournament with $50. and $100. port calcuttas as well as $50. and $100. overall calcuttss. We will be paying out 7/8 of the money for each calcutta so some people should win some serious cash. Also, we are still paying $1200. to the first place winners of each of our nine ports.

Paul, thanks for the quick response. Nice to see the added calcuttas to hopefully entice some more entrants into this tournament. While I empathize with the anglers who need to fish a certain date (I've been there), it would be nice if the committee were to have the back up date for all to be able to fish it after they have paid to enter. Sandy Hook is somewhat protected and not every one is registered to fish there. Is that an option for anglers to fish in another port where they are not registered if the weather were to repeat itself on tournament day? Something maybe to consider if not..Thank you for all you do with JCAA.
