Mushin - 5/17 - Blues, Blues, More Blues
Mushin had regular Vinny Valente and his usual group out. Making the choice to pursue rod bending, we set out to the North. Anywhere from the Rocks up to the tip of the Hook had plenty of thick fog. It was much easier to find Blues than make way through fog! We trolled and jigged plenty of Blues from 5 to 13 pounds until "cousin" Vinny said "UNCLE!" and called it quits after catch and release mode. Elsewhere, some boats found GREAT striper trolling - our Capt. Chad ran his charter boat SEA SODA and decked a bunch of stripers from about 25 to 40 pounds.
