So let's see. I have to write a complete game plan? A doctrine.... a manifesto? Isn't that what you pay the organization that you belong too to do? I said what I had to say in my original post on this thread. Let the big minds over at XYZ take it from there if they like. After all they collect a lot of $$ ever year!
