Jerry....is our Conger eel charter still on for June?
If they are late to show up, Im ok if we have to switch to snowshoe flounder and bottlenose dolphin like we did last year!
I still have a couple bottlenose filets in the freezer, and when I sauté them with young sea lion like you told me to, the results are beyond gourmet!
