Smile Re: Flounder?

When I was much younger, I lived in Leonardo. We fished the beach, between the State Marina & the Navy Pier, for Flounder April & May. Uasally was best about an hour before high tide, fish would move up on the flats. Small stripers were a by-catch, with a keeper as a bonus every now & then.

Sand worms & Blood worms for bait. We even used to dig the dloodworms in the same area at low tide.
