You can choose what colors do what in both warmer or colder temps. Endless options there. Anywhere form a few degrees to 10 or 15 degrees which is all figured out by the type of jig and the area its being used. Changes can be instant or gradual over a few seconds.

Almost all fish change colors when under stress, as well as breeding purposes. chromatophores and iridiophores are what cause the color changes in live fish.

Poppers are really wild..... they change from the air temps and everytime water splashes on them! Its crazy to watch!
