Default Re: Spruce Run Hybrids?

.

This is probably irrelevant, but I was fishing Spruce Run for catfish last night and my kayak was suddenly swarmed by a school of baby hybrid stripers. Within an hour, I must have caught and released twenty tiny fish between seven and ten inches long before the school moved on.

Last night, the water level was about 4 feet below peak. (One of the park employees was complaining he had to rake twenty-five more feet of beach because they lowered the water level. )

I'm not really happy about this early fall were having. 63 degrees is cold when you're wet at night in a kayak.
