I caught a 12.5 pounder last year up in Ontario and let me tell you if fought HARD. The guide soon after beat it to death in the boat with an anchor - lot of blood involved. Pretty gruesome, but apparently they're a predatory fish and kill off large amounts of bass and even pike. The game wardens up there tell everyone to kill them if they are caught. A really cool fish though, and one of the best freshwater fighters.[IMG]
