richie graf annual memorial bluefin trip 8/9/14








capt's jimmy gahm and dave bender had the pleasure once again to fish with debbie graff and her family in memory of her brother rich. deb and i spoke the night before and i informed her that i had a slow trip that day and she was not bound to go. of course in her positive manner she said " we're going"
we made what we thought was a good plan on a beautiful saturday and the seas were flat, unfortunately our efforts were to no avail and for the first time of this event we came in with our tail between our legs. we apologized over and again and of course as classy as can be debbie was as gracious as always.
we owe the family a better trip, hopefully we can play the "redemption song" next year.
