I have the Raymarine e7d combo unit and love it... It's a hybrid touch so you can use either the touch screen or buttons, which is nice. GPS antenna is internal so no need to mount one.
I also like that it has wifi built is which allows you to stream your screen on your smart phone or tablet.
It's been flawless and very intuative to use.
