Here's another piece of the puzzle that is just becoming obvious to us about the by-catch waste of fluke from offshore. NOAA has to know about it as well as the Marine Fisheries Council. It's a good article and makes you think about all of the evidence that we don't know but is available to those who set the quotas. We throw them back alive. They throw them back dead. Something is wrong here.
