Sea bass crudo with olive oil, lemon and sea salt, first decent Jersey tomatoes from an organic farmer in South Jersey with some cucumber shallots and vinaigrette, some decent corn with butter and sea salt and battered sea bass with tartar sauce. I didn't get this big on McDonalds.
