Obviously not all commercial fisherman scam the system, but the amount of damage that is done by the ones that do must be scary. The funny thing is they look to hammer the recreational guy who is looking to bring home a meal or two for his family with BS constraints placed upon him in the form BS bag limits/size while this goes on. How many fisherman have seen 1000`s of ling mixed with other fish floating on the water dead which were the result of being a by catch.
I am NOT sure who is worse an ******* like this guy or the politicians.
