Default Homemade tartar sauce

I know everyone has there own, but here is mine that I use as a base to make remolaude and Cajun tartar also.
1 cup hellmans mayo
1/2 cup pickle relish.. Drained in strainer well
2 tablespoons horseradish squeezed by hand of water
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs grated onion
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 tbsp cracked black pepper

Fold everything together let stand at least one hr to marry flavors. To make remolaude I add ketchup and a bit more horseradish, to make Cajun tartar I add Paul prudommes Cajun seasoning and a bit of Heinz too. Easy and awesome
