Guys. They went through a lot and still managed to keep their heads and catch keeper n.y. Fish during it all. It's an even playing field now. If they catch fish in n.j. Waters it counts against their quotas. If we catch them in n.y. Waters, it counts against ours. This is not a contest between two states. It should be a bond between two neighbors who have a common interest for laws that are sound and sensible for everyone. One last thing.......the n.y guys seem to have managed to keep the bunker boats out of their side of the raritan which has helped us to a degree even though we don't have the same luxury.
