I think as long as your a NJF member you qualify no matter where it's caught.
I think this a great idea and let's not complicate it with continuously changing or adding things. Fish,logo,tape measure,PIC! 1st,2nd,3rd Nough said.
We can have as many or different species contests.
This idea can really blow up in a good way......
