Catch, but do not eat from non trout waters... In all the documents and power points, I did not read anything about Florfenicol which is used to treat the fish...
From the Div, "The bacterium does not pose any health risks to humans. It is not advisable however, to eat any species of fish
or wildlife that appears to be diseased."
