Let me just send the world to Furnace and Moutain with 1 group text. I still catch plenty of Pike in the Passaic. I don't see a problem anywhere.

TIGHT LINEZ!!!!!!
Pressure is definitely hard to avoid. Mountain and Furnace will always get pounded, but fortunately most people can't catch muskies and give up quickly enough.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and not everyone likes to be completely overcrowded when they're fishing. Jrock shared a shore spot for catching walleye at night on Greenwood a year ago and there were 20 guys there the next night.

I know you have your spots that you don't share with everyone, as does everyone else on this board. I'm not looking to get another thread locked for a spot burning argument, but I'm just saying that people should be aware that not everyone on here is looking to give input and there are way more people lurking to hop on a good bite.

I could walk out onto Pompton Lake any day in the winter a couple years ago and at most see 5 other people out there. Word got around and there were days that there were 30 people out there. Let's see how the fishing goes there over the next few years. And let's see how well the Passaic pike population holds up in 5 years now that it gets 1,000x more fishing pressure. Maybe people have figured out that you can walk onto Pines Lake without knowing anyone and most likely not get bothered by anyone. It's all fun and games until fishing access gets closed down or the bucket brigade takes every damn fish and there are no more left.
