If the rules didn't matter, I'd just head on down to RVR and do a purse seine until I nabbed the state record breaking laker they found in there during the fish surveys. I mean... it's a fish of a lifetime, so an exception would be ok, right?!? just this once?!? |
Valid point. Purse seining at round valley and catching a world record through ice have a lot in common.
