It's not a hitch mount but I see no reason you can't make it one. There's two steel brackets that mount to your frame and two steel rods that mount to the bottom of the rack. The whole thing slides into the two brackets. Nice and easy to take on and off.
I'll go down to $150. These things new go 300-400+
