Bowhunter I will break it down for you real simple. Basically people whine and complain that they want change, but not at the thought of any expense to them. Referring to what it`s all about, your not happy with the regs, but yet you will do nothing but complain and criticize rather than placing your ability to bow hunt or freshwater fish in jeopardy.
