Yesterday, I made a chowder from leftover striper and bluefish. I took parts of several chowder recipes and did not really measure anything. I didn’t have fish stock or clams but I did take the liberty to add a combination of sweet potatoes and regular potatoes, peppers, a tomato. I controlled the thickness by adding flour, light cream, water, and milk. After going hog wild throwing in all the ingredients I was slightly concerned how it would turn out but the finished product was great.
