Default 1996 Evinrude 200 hp Mechanic
I have had my boat to 3 different mechanics to help with
a low rpm stalling problem. Carbs rebuilt twice, new VRO pump, new reeds,
Still the same issue. runs great at higher rpm. Does anyone know
where to find a Evinrude Guru?
