I fished on the Ocean Explorer on Thursday for seabass. The fishing was a bit slow fishing with clam. I switched to a Ava 17 without a tail, and started to reel them in. Some guys were using a Ava 27 with the same results, but I found the lighter the jig, the better. Didn't get my limit, but had a great nonetheless.........
