Whistle fish is when the capt blows the horn at the end of the trip, the guy caught the fish a couple minutes before the horn or right at the horn and won the pool... It's an expression,and it doesn't have to be a fluke it's what ever the boat is targeting,and usually is said when a pool is won or a big fish was caught
