Their is no open season in January or February of 2014. We got a so call "break" this time around. Don't think it will happen again any time soon or ever.
Clearly the dates that Paul stated does not have Jan or Feb.
12.5" size limit, 20 fish bag limit, seasons 5/19-8/8, 9/27-10/14 and 11/1-12/31.
