I met an older gentleman at my local bass hole a couple of weeks ago. He and his wife had been fishing off of an old foot bridge without much luck. There had been some old, fallen apart steps leading up to it. This gentleman had taken it upon himself to pay for and build completely new steps, with a handrail and a PVC tube to deposit old monofilament in.
