Hit the two rivers on Saturday with 2 buddies. Pequest was a bit "off". I managed 7 fish from spot to spot. Kind of had to fish a run and gun style to pluck them out of holes here and there. All of my fish were on a CD3 in fire minnow color. My buddies got the goose egg.

Musky was much better. I managed 9 more later in the day and my buddies got 3 & 1 between the 2 of them. They didnt fair as well lol... Musky trout took drifted butters and the CD3. Most were on the butters though in deeper cuts and pools.

It was a nice day... Great to be out. None of the fish were picture worthy--all cookie cutters.
