Went fishing for only the third time this Year. fished from 4:50 p.m. till 9:00 P.M.
High tide was 8:02 p.m. Fished with clams and snagged one bunker. They
were breaking in front of me. I decided to cut him up and wait till night fall to put out a chunk. Well after the second chunk of the night landed a 34 inch about 16 lb Striper and called it a night, I almost left at high tide, but decided to stick it out one more hour. Nothing on the clams. First keeper of the year for me. The feeling never gets old for me. Went from tired and grumpy to Excited as hell...
Needles to say the day was gorgeous...
