As Pedro said, the Gambler is well equipped for wheelchair fishermen. Really most boats with ramps are fine. I know I have fished with the disabled on the Paramount too. Only trouble was having to help push them up the ramps, which isn't necessary for someone with a motorized chair. I would recommend waiting for warmer weather as some cabins would be very hard to get into as there often is a raised piece at bottom of the doors. Without being to graphic, depending on your uncle's bathroom needs, an external head might be a consideration also. J II, Gambler, Jamaica all have external heads.
