Chico, looks like you had a decent trip out with Capt Joe. You gotta love his efforts and passion for fishing. Some nice fish fillets for the table. Did his fish market buddy show up with the Sesame/Soy sauce by chance? Never had fresh Grouper sushi that tasted as good as with that sauce...
