Is this the same Joe Miller who ran the Party Boat Atomic from Sheepshead Bay? If so I had great memories fishing with Joe I loved that full day boat that left at 9 AM. You had a awful lot of work Hookie players on that boat. That boat & the Chief that left at 10 AM. Those boats were always railed. I'm surprised that none of the Atlantic Highland boats wouldn't try that time spot.
Too many half day boats if you ask me there were a awful lot of people who liked to sleep later & get in a on nice day on the water.
