I agree 100% capt. However, that IS the way our country is headed. It IS what the American people want, and it is what they voted for.
We get the government we deserve. Americans by and large want a nanny state, and want the government to tell us what we are allowed to do, what we can eat, and how much soda we can drink.. If it weren't true, we wouldn't have
the environmentalists and "tree huggers" running the show.. yet here we are.
