You do realize NJ shares their catch with other states thats why your Sea bass season ended early right? Mass went way over the allocated limit and that shut you down as you were nowhere nearing yours.
That's why you didn't have a Nov. 1 to Dec. 31 sea bass season.

I know of maybe 6 boats that go offshore for sea bass when it is open and those six boats would have to bang on those stocks everyday for a year in order to even make a ding in the stocks. ( Mind you they went offshore only about half the time maybe a little more because of weather and they never went for 2 years prior) Please explain how this will hurt our stock again.
