I also collected fish to donate to a Mission/Food Bank in NJ.
I dropped off 2 full Rubbermaid totes of fillets, it must have been over 150 lbs.
Smoked some of the pollack as well. It came out pretty good. We ate it plain and I made some into a whitefish salad.
