I guess u just moved into the area. During the hurricane last August u were stuck in Gilette for 7 -10 days the water was so high. Nobody could cross any bridges from chatam to Basking Ridge. Passaic goes over its banks and over the Springfeild and Mountain ave bridges twice a year on average. Everything from Long Hill twsp drains into that stretch. What your seeing is something that happens all the time. Water on Springfield ave? HAHAHAHA! THAT'S NOTHIN!
