Is this a section of the Passiac River?
I tried to kayak the Long Hill section of the Passiac this summer, but the river was too low and the kayak ground to a halt. I had to walk back to the car dragging the kayak behind me.
The Passiac River had to pass a few sewer treatment outflows before the water level was high enough to kayak.
