Not sure if any marina will bring and block boat in your yard. Perhaps multiple guys like: trailer haulers and handymen?
Where do you live? If up north contact me? The Hackensack Yacht Club well protected up the Hack near Rte 80 has all this stuff. You can bring in outsiders and do anything(legal) you'd like there.
I've been a member there for 3 years. They specialize in people wintering there, and spending the season elsewhere.
Another is Sea Venture Marine in Highlands (near clam hut) which used to be Sea Tow's base.
