Don't forget about the starter solenoid(s) especially on outboards.
Rewiring the bilge pumps if necessary.
Lighting/bulbs/etc.
And while it has nothing to do with the boat itself, double check all of your PFD's and life jackets, your air horn(s) and all other safety equipment to make sure they are in proper working order (including that VHF radio that could save your life)
