Will ride it out at the marina if she heads a little east or go for a ride upstate if were going to get slammed.

Exactly!!!If you pull your boat and chock it you may be worse off.The boats will float off the chocks and hit each other.I leave mine in and tie extra lines.Been thru many hurricanes in my life time and learned thru experience.
