Saltist levelwinds are not your normal levelwind reel. Having used them since they came out for all aspects of bottom fishing they have been a reel find for me.
I can work a std reel w/o issues, have done it for ever, but you know it's really nice not having to move or line the reel whrn retriving. The two I have work as good as the four w/o this feature. Now on that's all I'm buying,it's a reel time saver and keeps your speed up to par and does a nice job, holding up just fine so far!
