Breakfast Food Instead of Bread Crumbs
Next time you are going to bread and fry up some fish dig out the pancake mix. I’ve been using the dry powder type of pancake mix for years now when I want to change things up. Just wet the fish in milk or water, dredge it through the dry mix and fry.
It’s a bit sweeter but it’s good.
Also try smashed up Captain Crunch or Cornflakes.
