If you are running from a fuel tank onboard, first thing I would do is run it off a portable tank to see if the problem is in the tank and or inline filter.
If it runs fine I would replace the filter and if that is not it you might have a stuck check valve coming out of your tank. It's a common problem that restricts the flow of fuel from the tank.
