Re: Mako Steaks - Recipes?
Made two ways tonight:
Wrapped Mako steak in tinfoil with small slab of butter, grapeseed oil with roasted garlic and some chopped hungarian wax peppers fresh from my garden(just the right bite) put on grill for 8-10 mins....mmmmm....mmmm good, the wife even loved this one
Cubed the second steak into pieces, sauted in pan with Chipotle sauce and some fresh sweet Italian basil picked fresh tonight. Great flavor.
