Need trout and/or lm bass recipe
 

In need of a good trout recipe, something simple and easy as I'm convincing two of four people to try fish ...

As for the largemouth bass, I would never take one however due to a "pay and fish" in Pennsylvania the kids had to take them, so we need a recipe for that too..

Lmb... yuck. Deep fry then cover in hot sauce, soy sauce and any other sauce and hope you can't taste the bass lol

Yeah we were warned about that too... maybe if we soak it in milk like I do with Bluefish to get the gamey/stank out??
