Roosters Flukin 6-15-2017
 

With the East wind blowing Tom and I decided to stay close inside Sandy Hook Bay. The bay water was very clear with a good chop to it as the East wind kept our sweatshirts on. I picked a 19” Fluke by the breakwater to the harbor while Tom landed a 18 1/2”. headed in at noon with two keepers. There was one 12” yellow-eyed devil, a few Sea Robins and a surprise for me, a 24” Striper. It seemed like we had the place all to ourselves except for a kayaker. Pete
