Tying Ultra Minnow Jigs Info Needed

Does anyone know how to make a heavy duty spinner capable of holding 3 or 4
8 OZ. jigs at a time allowing the epoxy to dry?
Any info will be very much appreciated.

I just use an old refridgerator rack between 2 milk crates

Don't use epoxy. Takes forever to dry and flakes off. Use a powder clear coat
