Pike frenzy (6/21/16)

Had a little time after work to fish so I decided to check out one of my summer pike spots to see if anyone was home. The pike were there, and they were very aggressive. Some of the fish came out of the water chasing the lure. Caught a few, missed a few, and a couple of pulled hooks during the short session. All in all, some fantastic pike action. Here is a pic of the best fish of the evening.

Nice job, JD...glad someone found 'em!!! Was the water still low and slow? I'll be taking a pike-hike Friday after work, and now I'm feeling even more optimistic (even with tomorrow's possible storm). Thanks for sharing :)

Yeah, and now they're saying no thunderstorms today...just cloudy. So it's gonna stay low.
